Dr. Siegal's COOKIE DIET? Featured in Two-Hour E! Entertainment Network Special This Weekend

Dr. Siegal conceived the idea of a cookie-based diet in the early 1970's while researching his book on the role of the hypothalamus in satiety and weight loss.
